Sara Stockbridge, born Sarah Jane Stockbridge on 14 November 1965 in Woking, Surrey, England, is an English model and actress known for her work with designer Vivienne Westwood in the mid to late 1980s. She gained notoriety as Westwood's muse, embodying a 'naughty' Marilyn Monroe look with bleached blonde hair and green eyes. Her modelling career was brief due to the birth of her son Max in 1990. Stockbridge has two children from different fathers and spent her early childhood living abroad in Trinidad, Bahrain, and Peru before returning to Woking. Despite not securing the role of Tank Girl in the film, she modelled for it and gained fame through associated magazine covers. She appeared in films like U.F.O. and Oh Marbella! Stockbridge has since returned to modelling and acting, publishing her first novel 'Hammer' in 2009.
