Sara Stockbridge, born Sarah Jane Stockbridge on November 14, 1965 in Woking, Surrey, England, is an English model and actress who gained prominence as a muse for designer Vivienne Westwood in the late 1980s. Known for her distinctive 'naughty Marilyn Monroe' look, she modeled extensively for Westwood, appearing on magazine covers such as i-d and Blitz. Stockbridge's modeling career was interrupted by the birth of her son Max in 1990. She has a daughter named Lelu, and both children have different fathers. Raised partly abroad during her childhood, Stockbridge briefly attempted to model for the film 'Tank Girl', though she did not secure the role. She made appearances in films like 'U.F.O.' and 'Oh Marbella!'. After a hiatus, she returned to modeling and acting, with recent runway appearances for Westwood and features in Vogue. Stockbridge is also an author, having published her first novel 'Hammer' in 2009.
