Valene Kane, born and raised in Newry, N.Ireland, began her acting career at age 15 when she joined the prestigious National Youth Theatre. She later moved to London for training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Kane is best known for her roles as Rose Stagg in 'The Fall' and Lyra Erso in 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Movie'.
