Terri Poch, born in America, started her career as a bodybuilder and fitness model before transitioning into professional wrestling. She debuted in 1988 as Taylor Made in Portland's Pacific Northwest Wrestling. In 1990, she joined the Ladies Professional Wrestling Association (LPWA) as Terri Power, winning the LPWA Championship on February 23, 1992. Poch then wrestled for All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling from 1992 to 1993. She returned to wrestling in the WWF (now WWE) in 2001 as Tori and later The Black Ninja, but was released in September of that year amidst allegations against Raven which were refuted by WWF officials. Post-wrestling, Poch opened a yoga studio in Portland.
