She gained prominence as Playboy's 'Girls of the Pac-10' cover model (October 2005) and later became Playmate of the Month (July 2006), ultimately winning Playmate of the Year (June 2007). She appeared in several films, including 'Epic Movie', 'House Bunny', and 'Deadly Weekend'. Underwood has also worked as a television presenter and competed in Japanese Ninja Warrior. Despite her success, she mentioned on The Howard Stern Show that she had breast implants.
