Sandra Mozarowsky, born Alexandra Elena Mozarowsky Ruiz de Frías in Morocco, rose to prominence as one of the leading 'Lolitas' in Spanish exploitation cinema during the late 1970s. Tragically, at age 18, she died on September 14, 1977, following a fall from her Madrid apartment balcony after being in a coma for 21 days. The cause of her fall remains uncertain; theories include suicide due to pressure over weight loss or drug use, an accident while watering plants, or murder involving the bodyguards of Juan Carlos de Borbón.
