Sabrina Salerno, born Sabrina Debora Salerno, is an Italian singer and actress who began her career as a beauty contest winner at age 15, starting with Miss Seaside and later Miss Liguria. She rose to fame in 1986 when she became a showgirl on the TV program 'Premiatissima' hosted by Johnny Dorelli. Later that year, producer Claudio Cecchetto released her debut single 'Sexy Girl', which topped charts in Italy and Germany. Sabrina's career spanned throughout the late '80s to mid-'90s, with notable hits including 'Boys', produced by Stock Aitken and Waterman, and 'Siamo donne' from Sanremo Festival 1991. She also made a transition to rock in the mid-90s, releasing her first full-length album in Italian titled 'Maschio dove sei'. Her height is reported as 175 cm (5' 9'').
