Sabine Varnes, born and raised in Canada, began her athletic career at age 6 with gymnastics, winning numerous local and provincial awards over a decade. After graduating from Richmond High School in 1992, she moved to Hawaii for further training before settling in Vancouver. She then relocated to Whistler/Blackcomb mountain, embracing snowboarding and forming lifelong friendships. Subsequently, Varnes pursued her career as a stuntwoman, moving first to Toronto and later to Los Angeles.
