She gained recognition for roles in erotic films such as '99 Women' (1969) by Jesús Franco and 'Amuck' (1972). Despite winning a beauty pageant and being offered a chance to attend the Actor's Studio in Hollywood, Neri chose not to pursue that opportunity.
