Rebecca Balding (September 21, 1948 - July 18, 2022) was an American actress born in Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Kansas and began her acting career appearing on various TV shows like 'Soap', 'Lou Grant', and 'Makin' It'. Balding gained prominence for playing Julie Asner's daughter in 'The Gathering' (1977). She married television producer James L. Conway, whom she met while auditioning for his 1981 horror film 'Boogens', in which she starred alongside Conway. Despite appearing in several notable roles and recurring on 'Charmed' as Elise Rothman, Balding passed away at age 73 due to ovarian cancer.
