Piper Lisa Perabo, born October 31, 1976 in Dallas, Texas, is an American actress known for her role in 'Coyote Ugly' (2000). She grew up in Toms River, New Jersey, and has English, German, Irish, and Norwegian ancestry. Perabo graduated from Ohio University with a theater degree.
