Ming-Na Wen, born November 20, 1963, is an American actress known for her versatile roles across various genres. Her breakthrough role was June Woo in 'The Joy Luck Club' (1993). She gained prominence playing Dr. Jing-Mei 'Deb' Chen in the medical drama series ER (1995-2004) and voiced Fa Mulan in Disney's animated classic 'Mulan'. Wen has also played Agent Melinda May in 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' (2013-2020), Fennec Shand in the Star Wars franchise, Chun-Li in 'Street Fighter' (1994), Detective Ellen Yin in 'The Batman', and Camille Wray in 'Stargate Universe'. She has won multiple awards and was honored as a Disney Legend in 2019.
