Meg Barrick was born and raised in Wheeling, WV, graduating from Wheeling Park High School in 2008. As an only child of Larry Barrick (a Computer Systems Analyst) and Judy Barrick (an Occupational Therapist), Meg moved to New York after high school to pursue modeling but found acting was her passion. She studied acting at The Alan Gordon Studio in the West Village from 2009 to 2011, focusing on the Meisner Technique, scene study, and audition technique. In fall of 2011, Meg moved to Los Angeles where she continued studying scene study and audition technique with Lisa Millilo at the Joanne Barron/D.W. Brown Studios.
