Kita Updike stars as Volker, a young man who seeks refuge at a school for wayward girls after being pursued by the police. The school is run by Big Mother and serves as a front for the Female Liberation Army (FLA), a quasi-terrorist organization aiming to challenge patriarchy. Isolde, one of the students, hides Volker in the basement while secretly nursing him back to health. Meanwhile, other members of this radical female community harbor secrets that are revealed as the film progresses towards its climax involving lesbian pornography used as propaganda for their revolutionary cause.
