Kim van Kooten, born on January 26, 1974 in Purmerend, North Holland, is a Dutch actress and screenwriter. Known internationally for her role in 'Phileine Says Sorry' (2003), she also won a Golden Calf award for Best Actress in this film. Additionally, she has authored scripts for successful Dutch movies like 'Alles is Liefde' and 'Met grote blijdschap', earning another Golden Calf for Best Scenario for the latter.
