Kersti Heinloo, born September 26, 1976 in Tartu, Estonia, began her acting career in radio before studying at Tallinn Pedagogical University and graduating from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in 2000. She spent five years (2000-2005) at Vanemuine theatre in Tartu, performing in numerous international and Estonian productions. After freelancing for two years, she joined the Estonian Drama Theatre in 2007, where she played various prominent roles. Heinloo has also performed at Tallinn City Theatre, Tartu New Theatre, MTÜ Tuulekell, and Kell Kümme theatres.
