She also appeared in films like 'Running Hot' (1984), 'Slumber Party Massacre II' (1987), and 'Deadly Dreams' (1988), as well as TV shows such as 'Simon & Simon', 'Murder, She Wrote', and 'Max Headroom'. Cummins was initially an Olympic gymnast for 14 years but switched to acting after the US boycotted the Olympics in 1980.
