Jacqueline McKenzie, born October 24, 1967 in Sydney, Australia, began her acting career with roles in 'Wordplay' (1987) and 'Child Dancing'. She gained prominence with her role in the film 'Romper Stomper' (1992). Over the years, she received numerous Australian Film Institute Award nominations and won two awards for her performances in 'Halifax f.p: Lies of the Mind' and 'Angel Baby'.
