Hilary Swank, born on July 30, 1974, rose to prominence for her role as Julie Pierce in 'The Next Karate Kid' (1994) and as Carly Reynolds on 'Beverly Hills, 90210' (1997-1998). She gained international recognition and critical acclaim for portraying transgender men Brandon Teena in 'Boys Don't Cry' (1999), earning her first Academy Award. She has since starred in and produced numerous films, including 'Million Dollar Baby' (2004) and 'Logan Lucky' (2017).
