Helena Mattsson, born on March 30, 1984 in Stockholm, Sweden, began her acting career early in cabarets such as Wild Side Story. She moved to London for theater school before relocating to Hollywood at age 19. Her debut role was in the TV series 'Sweden, Ohio' (2004). Mattsson gained prominence starring in 'Species: The Awakening' (2007) and appeared in 'Surrogates' (2009), 'Desperate Housewives' (2008-2010), 'Nikita' (2010-2013), and '666 Park Avenue' (2012-2013). She also featured in Primal Scream's 'Country Girl' music video.
