Eloísa Maturén Vallado was born on February 4, 1980, in Venezuela. She began her dance training at Escuela Ballet-Arte in Caracas and later joined the national ballet of Venezuela under Vicente Nebrada's direction. Concurrently, she pursued studies in social communication at the Central University of Venezuela, graduating cum laude. Maturén worked as a journalist for El Nacional newspaper, Todo en Domingo magazine, and Unión Radio station.
