Efstathia Tsapareli starred as the lead role of Pavlos in the Greek film 'O diaheiristis' (2009). The movie is a gentle, ironic portrait of midlife crisis, where her character takes over the job of building manager amidst a burst sewage pipe. Throughout the film, Pavlos struggles to fix the broken pipe while also trying to repair her own wrecked life. The director, Hoursoglou, succeeded in creating an entertaining and touching portrayal of 'ordinary' interpersonal relations through Tsapareli's performance.
