Claire Vernet starred as Faustine in 'Faustine et le bel été' (1972). Faustine, a teenage girl, spends her holidays with her grandparents and becomes fascinated by their neighbors living in a big blue house. She eventually meets the family consisting of Jean (her grandfather), Claire (his new wife), Joachim, Florent (Jean's sons), and Julien (Jean's brother) with his daughters Camille and Ariane. Despite initial attraction to Florent, Faustine grows disinterested and develops feelings for the older Julien.
