"Belinda Balaskirose gained prominence in the mid-1970s as one of America's leading character actresses, marking her debut in an episode of 'The Cowboys' in 1974. Since then, she has made guest appearances in numerous series such as 'S.W.A.T.', 'Starsky and Hutch', 'The Fantastic Journey', 'Charlie's Angels', 'How the West Was Won', 'Vega$', 'The A-Team', 'Falcon Crest', 'Hunter', 'Simon & Simon', among many others. Belinda's prolific career has largely consisted of background roles, which she seems content with. She also made notable contributions to cinema in films like 'The Food of the Gods' (1976), 'Cannonball' (1976), 'Piranha' (1978) and 'The Howling' (1981). However, her role as a 'stereotypical mother-figure', notably in the 1984 blockbuster 'Gremlins', has become somewhat of a staple. In one of her more substantial supporting roles, as 'Essie Beaumont' in the 1976 film 'Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw', Belinda briefly stepped into the spotlight. Unfortunately, viewers might struggle to shift their focus from Lynda Carter's prominent assets to appreciate Belinda's performance in this scene.
