Angie Cepeda Jiménez, born August 2, 1974, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, is an actress with parents who are both lawyers. She lived in Barranquilla before moving to Bogotá where she worked as a model and later transitioned into acting in soap operas like 'The curse of paradise', 'Only a woman', and 'Candela' during the 1990s. Her film debut was in Sergio Cabrera's 'Ilona Arrives with the Rain' in 1996. She gained prominence in telenovelas such as 'Luz Maria', 'Las Juanas', and 'Pobre Diabla'. Notably, she played a Colombian woman in Francisco Lombardi's 'Pantaleon y Las Visitadoras' (2000).
