Andrée Pelletier (born August 24, 1951 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian actress known for her role as Marie-Anne Gaboury in 'Marie-Anne'. She received multiple Canadian Film Award and Genie Award nominations for her acting, including Best Actress for 'Marie-Anne' and 'The Handyman', among others. Pelletier later transitioned to screenwriting ('The Peanut Butter Solution', 'Nénette and Karmina') and directing ('Anchor Zone', 'Voodoo Dolls'). She is the daughter of former journalist and diplomat Gérard Pelletier.
