Aisling O'Sullivan, born in Tralee, County Kerry in 1968, is an award-winning Irish actress known for her role as Francie's mentally unstable mother in 'The Butcher Boy'. She has also appeared in Neil Jordan's 'Michael Collins', Martin McDonagh's Oscar-winning short film 'Six Shooter', and had a leading role in the Channel 4 thriller 'Shockers' (1999). O'Sullivan gained significant acclaim for her performance as Widow Quin in Druid Theatre Company's production of 'The Playboy of the Western World'. She is familiar to Irish television audiences for her role as Dr. Cathy Costello in 'The Clinic', for which she won an IFTA best actress award in 2008. Currently, she stars in 'Raw' as Restaurant Manager Fiona Kelly.
