In Cradle Bay, high school senior Steve Clark notices peculiar behavior among his classmates, particularly those belonging to a group known as the 'Blue Ribbons.' They exhibit eerily perfect academic and social conduct. When Steve's friend Gavin suddenly joins their ranks and changes drastically, Steve becomes determined to uncover the truth behind these strange occurrences.
