Dame Kristin Ann Scott Thomas, born on May 24, 1960, is a British actress who holds dual citizenship with France. She won a BAFTA for her role in 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' (1994) and was nominated for an Academy Award for 'The English Patient' (1996). Her notable films include 'Bitter Moon', 'Mission: Impossible', 'Gosford Park', and 'Tomb Raider'. She has been honored as Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE), and Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur.
