Phoebe Jane Elizabeth Tonkin, born on July 12, 1989, is an Australian actress and model. She gained fame for portraying Cleo Sertori in H2O: Just Add Water (2006-2010), a role which required her to improve her swimming skills despite not being a strong swimmer initially. Her other notable roles include Fiona Maxwell in Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010) and Faye Chamberlain in The Secret Circle (2011-2012).
