Emma Jill Appleton was born and raised in Witney, Oxfordshire, England. She began her career as a model before transitioning into acting in 2017. Her first role was Fay Brookstone in the BBC Three series Clique. In 2019, she played Feef Symonds in Channel 4’s spy thriller Traitors. Appleton also starred as Princess Renfri alongside Henry Cavill in Netflix's The Witcher.
