Renate Krößner (born Renate Krössner on May 17, 1945 in Osterode am Harz, Lower Saxony) is a German actress known for her roles in films such as 'Solo Sunny' and 'Nordkurve'. For her portrayal of Sunny in the former, she won the Silver Bear for Best Actress at the Berlin International Film Festival in 1980. Krößner also won the Deutscher Filmpreis for Best Actress for her role in 'Nordkurve' in 1993. She has appeared in numerous other films and television shows, including 'Tatort', 'Bruder Esel', and 'Stubbe - Von Fall zu Fall'. In addition to acting, she served as a jury member at the Berlin International Film Festival in 1991.
