Katharina Schüttler, born on October 20, 1979, is a German actress known for her roles in film and television. She grew up in Cologne with her actor-director father and playwright mother. After completing high school, she studied acting at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media from 1999 to 2003. Schüttler's film debut was in 'Die Lok' (1992), but she gained international recognition for her roles as Clara Rosenbaum in 'The Promise' (2011) and Greta Müller in the television drama 'Generation War' (2013).
