Helena Bonham Carter CBE, born May 26, 1966, rose to prominence playing Lucy Honeychurch in 'A Room with a View' (1985) and Lady Jane Grey in 'Lady Jane' (1986). She is known for her roles in period dramas and being typecast as an 'English rose', which she found uncomfortable.
