Barbara Crampton, born on December 27, 1958, began her acting career with a role on the daytime drama 'Days of Our Lives' in 1983. She made her film debut in Brian De Palma's thriller 'Body Double' (1984). Raised Catholic in Vermont, Crampton spent summers traveling with a carnival due to her father's work as a carny.
