Janus Blythe, a dynamic brunette actress, started her career in the mid-1970s with roles in 'The Centerfold Girls' (1974) and 'Phantom of the Paradise' (1974). She gained cult popularity portraying Ruby, the rebellious daughter in Wes Craven's horror classic 'The Hills Have Eyes' (1977), originally offered the role of Lynn. Blythe reprised her role in the 1984 sequel. Other notable roles include a small-town tramp in 'Eaten Alive' (1976) and a victim in 'The Incredible Melting Man' (1977). Her last known acting credit is 'Soldier's Fortune' (1991). Blythe has also hosted her own talk show on Los Angeles public access cable television.

In the backwater swamps of Louisiana, a psychotic redneck named Buck runs a dilapidated hotel. When people upset him or interfere with his business, he kills them and feeds their bodies to a large crocodile that he keeps as a pet in the nearby swamp. The film follows this violent cycle of murder and disposal.
