She was nominated for two Academy Awards for Best Actress for her performances in '21 Grams' (2003) and 'The Impossible' (2012). Watts moved to Australia with her family at a young age, making her film debut there in 'For Love Alone' (1986), before moving to the United States. She had relationships with Heath Ledger (2002-2004) and Liev Schreiber (2005-2016), with whom she has two children, Sasha (born 2007) and Kai (born 2008). Watts began dating Billy Crudup in 2017 and they married on June 9, 2023.
