Margot Robbie, born on July 2, 1990 in Queensland, Australia, began her career acting on the television series 'Neighbours' from 2008 to 2011. She moved to the United States and had a breakthrough role in Martin Scorsese's 'The Wolf of Wall Street' (2013). Robbie gained further recognition for playing Jane Porter in 'The Legend of Tarzan' (2016) and Harley Quinn in DC Extended Universe films, starting with 'Suicide Squad' (2016). In the aftermath of a nuclear war, Ann Burden (Margot Robbie), a young woman living near a rural valley in Colorado, believes she may be the last person on Earth. She survives by farming and maintaining her family's property. One day, she discovers John Loomis (Chiwetel Ejiofor), a distraught scientist who has been wandering the radioactive wasteland searching for survivors. Despite his radiation exposure and initial hostility, Ann nurses him back to health. As they live together in isolation, they form a fragile bond based on trust and mutual dependency. However, their relationship becomes strained when another survivor, ventilation specialist Caleb (Chris Pine), enters their valley.
