Vagnerová gained significant popularity for her role as Zuzana Dvořáková – Sovová in the critically acclaimed series 'Vyprávěj', which earned her a Televizní talent roku award from the Herecká asociace. She currently works at Divadlo v Řeznické and occasionally appears at Divadlo Rubín, notably in the play 'Fotbal, má láska'.
