She started her career as a dancer, appearing in 'Girls Just Want to Have Fun' (1985). Trilling acted under both her real name and stage name in supporting TV roles before landing significant parts in low-budget horror movies such as 'Night of the Demons 2' (1994) and 'Tobe Hooper's Night Terrors' (1993). After retiring from acting, she returned to dance, working as a choreographer for the American Ballroom in New York City.
