Goldie Jeanne Hawn, born November 21, 1945 in Washington D.C., U.S., started her career as a dancer before becoming a popular cast member of TV's 'Laugh-In'. She won an Oscar for 'Cactus Flower' (1969) and had a blockbuster hit with 'Private Benjamin' (1980). Notable films include 'Shampoo', 'Overboard', 'Bird on a Wire', 'Death Becomes Her', and 'The First Wives Club'. She has been in a long-term relationship with actor Kurt Russell, and is mother to actress Kate Hudson and actors Oliver Hudson and Wyatt Russell. In the movie 'Wildcats' (1986), Hawn plays Molly, a high school track coach who applies for the vacant football coach position.
