Armelle Deutsch was born on February 22, 1979, in Bouches-du-Rhône, France. She began acting at age 13 and later attended Cours Florent in Paris. After appearing in several TV roles in 2000, she gained recognition playing Michèle Laroque's secretary in the comedy 'Le Placard' (2001). Since then, she has appeared in over sixty films and TV shows. In 2003, she met actor Thomas Jouannet on the set of 'L'Affaire Dominici', and they married in 2010. They have two children and live in Loir-et-Cher.

ストーリー
In ancient France, Gaspard de Besse and his gang of highwaymen evade capture for years under the jurisdiction of Monsieur de Morières. After being severely injured due to treachery, Gaspard hides in St. Anne's convent where he encounters Anne, the young wife of Monsieur de Morières who was unwillingly arranged and unloving towards her husband. Gaspard makes a deal with the traitor to fake his demise. To carry on his criminal activities secretly, Gaspard recruits Antoine, a traveling actor whom he trains like his own son.
