She began her career with supporting roles in movies like 'Jawbreaker' (1999) and 'What Women Want' (2000), before rising to prominence with parts in films such as 'Adaptation' (2002) and 'The Village' (2004). Greer has since appeared in numerous blockbusters, including the 'Planet of the Apes' series, 'Jurassic World', and several Marvel Cinematic Universe movies. She is perhaps best known for her voice role as Cheryl Tunt in the animated series 'Archer'.
