Ally Walker (born Allene Damian 'Ally' Walker on August 25, 1961) is an American actress who began her television career with roles in soap operas like Santa Barbara (1988), True Blue (1989–90), and Moon Over Miami (1993). In the 1990s, she appeared in films such as Universal Soldier (1992), Singles (1992), When the Bough Breaks (1994), While You Were Sleeping (1995), Kazaam (1996), and Happy, Texas (1999). Walker gained prominence for her role as Dr. Samantha Waters in Profiler (1996–99), earning a Saturn Award nomination for Best Actress on Television. She also played notable roles in HBO's Tell Me You Love Me (2007) and FX's Sons of Anarchy (2008–10). Recently, Walker directed her debut film Far More starring Adrian Grenier and Selma Blair.

Tell Me You Love Me follows three couples seeking help from therapist May Foster for their intimacy issues. Jamie and Hugo (played by Sonya Walger and Peter Krause) struggle with sexual dysfunction after childbirth, leading to emotional distance between them.
