Tamsin Egerton began her acting career at age six, following her older sister to a local youth theatre. She appeared in the Royal Shakespeare Company's musical production of The Secret Garden and later played Mary. Her notable film roles include Sarah in Driving Lessons (2006) and Flora in Knife Edge (2008). Egerton sparked controversy for appearing topless at age 16 in Keeping Mum (2005). She has also appeared on stage, notably in the RSC's musical version of The Secret Garden. Her TV roles include Princess Elenora in Sir Gadabout and young Morgaine in The Mists of Avalon. Egerton was set to play Guinevere in the US Starz adaptation of Camelot but it is unclear if this project materialized.
