Cynthia Gibb, born December 14, 1963 in Bennington, Vermont, USA, is an American actress and former model. She began her career at age 14 when she was discovered by Eileen Ford Agency in New York City, appearing on covers of Vogue and Young Miss. Her acting debut was in Woody Allen's 'Stardust Memories' (1980). Gibb is known for her roles as Susan 'Suzi' Martin Wyatt Carter in the soap opera 'Search for Tomorrow' (1981-1983) and as an American nun in 'Salvador' (1986). She starred as Rose Louise/Gypsy Rose Lee in the TV adaptation of Gypsy, and portrayed Karen Carpenter in 'The Karen Carpenter Story' (1989). Gibb has three children.

Youngblood follows a skilled young hockey player named Dean Youngblood who moves to a Canadian minor hockey town hoping to catch the eye of professional scouts.
