Maggie McOmie, born in the United States, is an actress known for her role as LUH 3417 in THX 1138 (1971), co-starring with Robert Duvall. For this role, she agreed to shave her head, a decision highlighted in a behind-the-scenes featurette titled 'Bald'. After THX 1138, McOmie's acting appearances were limited, with minor roles in Grand Junction (2006) and The Boston Strangler (2006). She also performed the role of Halie in Sam Shepard's Buried Child at Portland's Third Eye Theatre from March 16 to April 14, 2007.

ストーリー
In the totalitarian society of the future, people are kept docile by drugs. THX 1138, a technician, stops taking his prescribed medication and begins to experience emotions for the first time. He starts an affair with LUH 3417, another drug-free individual. Their relationship is discovered and they are arrested. THX is sent to prison where he undergoes psychological testing but escapes after hearing voices that lead him back to LUH.
