Rachel Elise Blanchard, born March 19, 1976 in Toronto, Canada, is a Canadian actress who started her career at age eight on the children's show 'The Kids of Degrassi Street'. She gained prominence playing Cher Horowitz in the TV series 'Clueless' and had notable roles in 'Peep Show', 'War of the Worlds', 'Are You Afraid of the Dark?', '7th Heaven', 'Flight of the Conchords', and 'Fargo'.
