Tracy Dawn Scoggins, born November 13, 1953, is an American actress known for her roles as Cat Grant in 'Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman', Monica Colby in 'Dynasty' and its spin-off 'The Colbys', and Captain Elizabeth Lochley in 'Babylon 5'. ストーリー
Paul Slater, once a renowned saxophone player now struggling in Buenos Aires, reunites with his former lover Tricia at his nightclub gig.
