Selma Blair Beitner, born June 23, 1972, is an American actress known for her roles in 'Legally Blonde' (2001), 'The Sweetest Thing' (2002), and as Liz Sherman in the 'Hellboy' series (2004, 2008). After training at the Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting, Blair began her acting career with small roles before gaining recognition for her portrayal of Zoe Bean in 'Zoe, Duncan, Jack and Jane' (1999-2000) and winning an MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss in 'Cruel Intentions' (1999). She has also appeared in independent films like 'Storytelling' (2001), and numerous other movies. Blair revealed in 2018 that she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis earlier that year.
